Pardot or Marketing Cloud Next?
Two different moves to two different products. Pick yours; everything below follows it.
To Pardot
Build on a proven, established system, right inside your Salesforce.
Best if you
- Run HubSpot, Marketo or Mailchimp today
- Sell B2B with long sales cycles
- Want a proven, established system
- Want the simpler of the two to work with
To Marketing Cloud Next
Salesforce’s newest marketing platform, on Data 360 and Agentforce.
Best if you
- Run Pardot or another tool today
- Need SMS, WhatsApp or Agentforce
- Have customer data in several systems
- Want to build for the future
To Pardot: Built Into Your Salesforce
For teams on HubSpot, Marketo, Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign or spreadsheets who want marketing and sales on one system.
Pardot is part of Salesforce, not a tool bolted on beside it. That is what changes most when you move.
- One login: Pardot runs inside Salesforce, with your Salesforce users
- Prospects sync with leads and contacts natively, no middleware or Zapier
- Campaign results show up in Salesforce reports, where sales and management look
Move everything as it is, or clean up on the way. You decide; we tell you what we would leave behind.

Moving from HubSpot to Salesforce
Effortlessly navigating our shift from Hubspot to Salesforce, their consultancy was a beacon of clarity. Through customized templates, targeted training, and dedicated support, they superbly aligned our Sales and Marketing teams. Their contribution has been pivotal and profoundly positive.
To Marketing Cloud Next: Built on Data 360
For teams on Pardot, HubSpot or another tool who need SMS, WhatsApp, Agentforce or customer data from several systems.
No tool carries programs, templates and automations into Marketing Cloud Next by itself, so each one is rebuilt there. Rebuild them one to one, or clean up on the way: we start with an inventory, and you decide program by program.
Data 360 comes first: we set it up before anything is switched on.
| What you have | In Marketing Cloud Next |
|---|---|
| Engagement Studio programs and other tools’ workflows | Rebuilt as Flows |
| Prospects and contacts | Data 360 profiles, through Salesforce’s connector |
| Email templates and landing pages | Rebuilt in Marketing Cloud Next |
| Merge fields | New syntax, updated in the rebuild |
| Opt-ins and opt-outs | Consent per channel in Data 360 |
How a Move Runs, Either Way
The same four steps for both products; only what gets rebuilt differs.
- 1
Inventory
What you have, what’s used, what’s dormant.
- 2
Scope
What moves, what gets rebuilt, what stays behind, agreed with you.
- 3
Rebuild and Map
Processes rebuilt with the new platform’s features, fields mapped so data syncs cleanly with Salesforce.
- 4
Test and Go-Live
Everything tested; we switch over only when it works.
Frequently Asked Questions
Your question isn’t here? Ask us directly.
To Pardot: Can you move us from HubSpot, Marketo or Mailchimp?
Yes. Contacts, fields and the assets you still use move over to Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (Pardot), and processes are rebuilt with Pardot’s features.
Can you move everything one to one?
Yes, if that’s what you want, to Pardot as well as to Marketing Cloud Next. We point out what we would leave behind, and you decide.
To Marketing Cloud Next: Is there a tool that moves Pardot across?
No. Programs, templates and automations are rebuilt in Marketing Cloud Next.
Your Pardot data can flow into Data 360 through Salesforce’s connector.
To Marketing Cloud Next: Do we have to leave Pardot?
No. Salesforce hasn’t announced an end date for Pardot.
If you’re on Pardot Growth, Plus, Advanced or Premium and run Sales Cloud or Service Cloud Enterprise Edition or higher, Marketing Cloud Next is already included, so you can add it step by step. On Professional Edition, it isn’t.
Can Pardot and Marketing Cloud Next run side by side?
Yes, with a clear rule for which platform owns which contact and message, so nobody gets two emails.
What does a migration cost?
It depends on what moves. You get a quote with scope and price before anything starts.
For a move to Marketing Cloud Next, the Readiness Check (from $500, credited in full) is an optional first step.
