Data Cloud Pricing Calculator for Data 360 Credits
Estimate what Data 360 (formerly Data Cloud) uses a month: identity resolution, segments, queries and website tracking, at the multipliers on Salesforce’s current rate card. Free, no form, nothing stored.
The calculator needs JavaScript. The multipliers are below.
Rows Times the Multiplier
Salesforce bills Data 360 by usage type. For most of them, the rate card names the credits per million rows processed: identity resolution costs far more per row than a segment publish or a query.
Within a month, each usage type gets a lower multiplier once it passes 300,000, 1.5 million and 12.5 million credits. Sandboxes use one flat multiplier. At list price, 100,000 Flex Credits cost $500.
Credits per million rows (base tier)
- Unification (identity resolution) = 75,000
- Streaming Pipeline (website tracking) = 3,500
- Activation (segments sent to other systems) = 60
- Segmentation (publishing a segment) = 50
- Prep (batch transforms and calculated insights) = 40
- Queries (counting and previewing segments) = 3

What’s Free and What Uses Credits
From Salesforce’s billing pages and the rate card.
- Salesforce CRM data in. Rows from the CRM connector are free since 7 August 2025: leads, contacts, accounts, opportunities.
- Batch data under Flex Credits. The pricing page lists ingestion as free; there is no batch ingestion usage type.
- Pardot activity. The Account Engagement (Pardot) connector isn’t on the free list: each ingestion consumes credits, at a rate Salesforce doesn’t publish.
- Website tracking. Streaming Pipeline, 3,500 credits per million rows at the base rate.
- Identity resolution. Every profile on the first run, then only new or changed ones; a rule change reruns everything.
- Storage and data spaces. Storage above the allocation and every data space beyond the default are billed per contract.

Data Cloud Pricing Calculator FAQ
Short answers to what people ask about Data 360 credits and pricing.
How much does Salesforce Data Cloud cost?
At list price, Flex Credits cost $500 per 100,000 credits; the Profiles models cost $240 or $420 per 1,000 profiles a year. Data Cloud is now called Data 360. Your contract sets the price you pay.
How are Data 360 credits calculated?
Each action belongs to a usage type. Its units, mostly million rows processed, are multiplied by the rate-card multiplier and summed per month. Identity resolution uses 75,000 credits per million rows at the base rate, a segment publish 50.
Which rate card does the calculator use?
The Flex Credits rate card updated as of 31 August 2026, the current one on 17 October 2026. Orgs on Data Services credits have a different card with different multipliers, so the numbers here don’t apply to them.
Why is the first month higher?
Identity resolution processes every profile the first time a ruleset runs, and afterwards only new or changed ones. Changing a ruleset’s rules triggers a full run again.
Is Data 360 free with Salesforce Foundations?
Foundations provisions Data 360 at no cost with a starter allowance of credits. Salesforce’s own pages name different amounts, so check Digital Wallet and your order form; usage beyond it is billed.
Is this a quote?
No. It is an estimate at list price from published multipliers. Salesforce bills the records a segment actually processes, which depends on the query, and your contract sets the price per credit. Nothing you enter is sent to us or to analytics.
