In Pardot, go to “Account Engagement Settings” - “Domain Management” - “Tracker Domains”. Click “Add Tracker Domain", enter your subdomain (e.g., go.test.com), and copy the red validation key.
2. Paste DNS Values Into the Form
Add the Tracker Domain and Primary Domain, then paste the Tracker Validation Entry from Pardot and enter them into the form on this page.
3. Share Details With IT
Click “Generate Instructions” to create a prewritten email for your IT department with the exact DNS records they need to add.
4. Verify DNS in Pardot
Once IT confirms the DNS entries, go back to Pardot - Tracker Domain and click "Validate". If the setup is correct, Pardot will display a green checkmark indicating successful verification. Enable Default HTTPS for the Tracker Domain and optionally set it as Primary.
