3. Share Details With IT
Click “Generate Instructions” to create a prewritten email for your IT department with the exact DNS records they need to add.
4. Verify DNS in Pardot
Once IT confirms the DNS entries, go back to Pardot - Email Sending Domains and click "Check DNS Entries". If the setup is correct, Pardot will display three green checkmarks indicating successful verification.
