Referral Program: Terms and Conditions

About the Referral Program

• The referral program is for an indefinite period of time.
• Participants must be at least 18 years old and legally eligible to participate based on their local laws and regulations.
• You can submit an unlimited number of referrals.
• You may qualify to receive the reward for each referral you submit, as long as the requirements are met for each referral.

About the Reward

• The reward is 500 USD, which will be paid to you by bank transfer.
• Alternatively, you can opt for:
  • A gift card worth 500 USD, or
  • A 500 USD discount on your next project with ConvertPilot.
• You can choose the reward type when you qualify.
• The reward will be paid in USD. If applicable, any currency conversions will be subject to current exchange rates, and any conversion fees will be the responsibility of the referrer.

Requirements for Receiving the Reward

To qualify for the reward, all of the following conditions must be met:

1. The company you referred must become a new client of ConvertPilot within 6 months.
2. The company you referred must not have been a client of ConvertPilot within the last 12 months and must not currently be in negotiation with ConvertPilot.
3. The company you referred must generate revenue of at least 1,000 USD within their first project with ConvertPilot.
4. The company you referred must not have been previously referred by someone else.
5. The referral must be submitted via the official ConvertPilot referral page.
6. Your company or the company you work for must not be an official partner of ConvertPilot.
7. The referrer and the referred party must be different people.

Receiving the Reward

• Step 1: Submit the referral via the ConvertPilot referral page.
• Step 2: The referred company becomes a new client of ConvertPilot.
• Step 3: ConvertPilot verifies that all requirements are met.
• Step 4: ConvertPilot will notify you if the requirements are fulfilled.
• Step 5: If all requirements are met, the reward will be issued to you within 4 weeks. (If you opt for the alternative discount, the discount will be applied to your next project with ConvertPilot.)
• If the referred company doesn’t meet all the requirements within the 6-month period, the referrer will not be eligible for the reward.

Final Remarks

• The referral you submit must have previously consented to be contacted by ConvertPilot.
• Submission of a referral does not guarantee a reward. ConvertPilot reserves the right to review, approve, or reject referrals at its sole discretion.
• The referrer is responsible for any applicable taxes or reporting obligations related to receiving the reward.
• Employees, agents, contractors, and official partners of ConvertPilot are not eligible for this referral program.
• ConvertPilot respects your privacy and the privacy of your contacts. You can find our privacy policy here.
• ConvertPilot reserves the right to exclude referrers from the referral program at any time, without providing reasons, particularly in cases of suspected spam or fraud.
