What do we need to get started?

Just your Pardot (MCAE) access – no separate tool required.

What does the check-in process look like?

We generate individual QR codes for each registrant. At the event, you scan them using a phone or tablet without any extra software.

Will we be able to track attendance in Salesforce?

Yes. Attendees and no-shows are tracked in your Salesforce Campaign, so sales and marketing can follow up accordingly.
